With over two decades of experience in education, Dr. Reba Clarke-Wedderburn brings deep expertise in education consulting and heartfelt purpose to her work at The Chanje Collective. As an instructional coach, curriculum designer, and leadership strategist, she has supported educators, school systems, and individuals across the United States in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Rooted in her background as a special education teacher, instructional leader, and doctoral scholar in strategic change, Reba’s approach blends equity, data-informed strategy, and executive function science. Absolutely. For student clients, we often recommend optional parent strategy sessions to help build consistent support at home. Teens are always at the center of the coaching process, but collaboration with families is encouraged when it is helpful.
