A personalized, low-pressure coaching experience to help kids and teens strengthen focus, time management, organization, and emotional regulation—all through activities they care about.

What We Focus On

Time management & planning

Students learn how to structure their time intentionally—using planners, visual schedules, or digital tools to organize daily activities, summer goals, or school prep. They practice time-blocking, estimating how long tasks will take, and managing transitions between activities.

Emotional regulation & stress management

We help students identify emotional triggers and practice strategies like breathing exercises, journaling, or physical movement. They create a personalized “calm-down toolkit” and build confidence in handling frustration, anxiety, or overwhelm.

Focus & Follow-Through

Whether it’s finishing a creative project or cleaning a room, students learn how to break tasks into steps, reduce distractions, and follow through. We explore techniques like the Pomodoro method, reward systems, and attention tracking to increase consistency.

Building Consistent Routines

We guide students in designing sustainable routines—like morning checklists, screen-time boundaries, or after-dinner habits. They learn to create and stick to systems that help them feel organized, capable, and independent.

Motivation & Goal-Setting

Using their passions (sports, art, gaming, etc.), we help students define personal goals and build toward them. Coaching includes reflection, adjusting plans, and celebrating progress—so students experience the momentum that comes from small wins.

Organization of Space & Time

From backpacks to bedrooms, students build systems for staying physically and mentally organized. Coaching may include decluttering tasks, visual organization strategies, and creating environments that support attention and calm.

What to Expect: 4, 6, or 8 Weeks of Coaching

Every coaching journey is personalized, but here's a look at how progress typically unfolds depending on the length of your chosen package:

🟦 4 Weeks – Intro Sprint

A focused start to build momentum and explore key strategies.

In this short-term coaching arc, we lay the foundation for change. Students focus on 1–2 priority areas, gain early wins, and begin applying tools that build motivation and independence.

What’s included:

  • Personalized goal-setting session
  • Targeted coaching in one or two key areas
  • Practical tools and real-world application
  • Optional parent update and support suggestions

🟪 6 Weeks – Core Skills Builder

For students ready to go deeper and create more lasting habits.

This phase allows students to build on their foundation by practicing strategies over time. We explore 2–3 skill areas, reinforce new habits, and introduce reflection tools to build awareness and self-direction.

What’s included:

  • Continued coaching on multiple focus areas
  • Habit-building strategies and accountability
  • Real-life practice + focus techniques
  • Progress check-ins and optional biweekly parent updates
     

🟩 8 Weeks – Summer Reset

A complete growth experience for meaningful, long-term change.

With extended time, students have the space to try, reflect, and refine. We build systems that support independence, develop school-year readiness plans, and work through a personal project or goal from start to finish.

  • Personalized back-to-school readiness plan
  • Optional personal project or creative challenge
  • Habit coaching + bonus resources
